There are people who have snow globes that are special to them for sentimental reasons, they are treasures that they want to keep for life so at Geppetto's Snow Globe Repair Shop we will do the necessary work to make your snow globe shine like new.

Geppetto is going to help Santa Claus this Christmas (outside the country for the entire month of December and part of January), so if you have a snow globe that needs repairing, please send it before November 23th, so I can return it to you before December. Before sending us a broken snow globe for repair, please send us photos or video via WhatsApp so we can assess the damage to the snow globe. We can repair many snow globes, depending on the size of the snow globe needed. But there are some snow globes that due to their shape or design we cannot repair. An estimated repair charge will be quoted to you after we receive the information needed along with the address to which the snow globe should be sent for repair.

How to prepare the snow globe for shipping?

Place the broken snow globe in a shipping box, make sure you pack your snow globe very carefully so that it is protected and does not move inside the shipping box. Fill it with soft packing material, such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts or paper to protect the base and sculpture inside and prevent further breakage. Place the loose pieces in a zip lock plastic bag so they don't get lost during shipping. Please, do not send any loose broken glass pieces in the package, only the broken glass that is still glued and attached to the snow globe.

Please make sure you include the following information with your snow globe:

We will let you know when the package has arrived and the days required to complete the repair, normally it can take a week of work.

After the work is done:

Once the work is finished, we will send you photos of the snow globe via WhatsApp and we will answer any questions you may have about the work done and we will determine a payment method which can be through PayPal, Zelle or Venmo.
We will use the email you provided to update shipping and tracking information when your repaired snow globe is returned to you.
